Peggy Bell (Office Manager/Accounting)
I am new to the Bryan-College Station area. I have been in Property Management for approximately 10 years. During my career, I have taken the initiative to attend many industry related seminars to include: Fair Housing, It’s the Lease you should know, and the TAA Redbook legal seminar. I then took the necessary educational classes to obtain my Certified Apartment Manager Designation through the Texas Apartment Association. I served on the board of directors for the Heart of Texas Apartment Association in 2006. I possess very strong computer skills and have used the Tenant Pro accounting program for 5 years. I work closely with leasing agents, maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure that your leasing experience with Texas Crosswinds is a positive one.
My goal is to provide excellent resident satisfaction.
Carolyn Pinson (Leasing Agent/Realtor/Owner)
I have lived in the Brazos Valley most of my life. I’ve been in Management for 26 years. I’ve learned to deal with people from all walks of life. I am organized, efficient and very competent to handle any business issues that may come my way. I have an excellent rapport with people of all ages and backgrounds. I am a problem solver, and I am willing to go the extra mile when neccessary. Throughout my carreer I have taken courses in Time Management, It’s the lease you should know, excel, word, budgets and Real Estate courses.
Debi McKamie (Leasing Agent/Realtor/ Owner)
I have 20 + years in the field of Property Management. I am a licensed real estate agent and partner in Texas Crosswinds Property Management. I have served on the Board of Directors Heart of Texas Apartment Association in Waco Texas from 2000-2007. I held several different offices, but the area I liked most was Education Chairman. I encourage new and seasoned professionals to continue to gain knowledge in their field and always strive to better themselves. I currently hold the following licenses/designations: Texas Real Estate Salesperson, National Apartment Leasing Professional, Certified Apartment Manager, Memeber of the American Business Women’s Association.
Heather Dunlap (Leasing Agent/ Realtor)
I have lived in the Brazos valley all of my life. I am currently a licensed real estate agent. I have been in Property Management 5 years. I have achieved the National Apartment Leasing Professional ceretificates. I have taken It’s The Lease You Should Know., Fair housing. My license is currently Real Estate Salesperson, but I am a very ambitious individual that is currently taking classes to obtain my Broker’s Licence. I pride myself on my throughness, and great customer service skills! I enjoy what I do very much, and try very hard to achieve business relationships, with as many people that I can. I hope to be able to do business with you, and show you all of my remarkable attributes.
