Automatic Deposit Form

We want to make our relationship as convenient and easy as possible, so we thought we could offer automatic deposit for our owners. Automatic deposit allieviates postage, and the use of mailing paper checks to you. As well as your time it takes to go to the bank. Automatic Depositors, will still receive a statement as normal, but we will simply deposit the funds directly into your account. Some owners have a separate account set up for this purpose. In order to begin automatic deposit, we are requesting from you 12 completely filled out deposit slips, with your bank information on it. This way we know we are going to get your money exactly where you want it.
