We are Bryan-College Station’s premiere property management team. We began our business in July 2007 with a goal to become a leader in the property management field for this area. We started out with just a few owners and we then bought another management company which increased our portfolio to over 200 doors. We are also the managing agent for a 200 door home owner’s association.
Property management takes training, experience and hard work to handle all types of residents, properties and situations. Our qualifications include over 20 years in property management, 20 years in customer service and business management and 3 years in real estate.
We set the standard high and maintain a strict code of ethics to provide excellent customer service to our clients as well as the residents we lease to.
Our purpose is to obtain optimal results for our clients. We maintain our properties in the best possible condition obtain the highest possible occupancy and seek the most desirable residents while never losing sight of the owner’s personal investment objectives.
We are a full service management company. We have three licensed realtors and can assist you whether you are looking to buy, sell or lease and manage residential real estate.
